Delivery Charges

As we ship from the UK to Australia, here are the last dates to shop for guaranteed Christmas Delivery:

  • by Royal Mail for small orders is Friday 7th December 2018
  • by TNT for larger orders is Friday 14th December 2018

If your order is not 100% Christmas dependant please continue to place your order as we will continue to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

The Team at the Stripes Company will be resting in their deckchairs until January 3rd 2019 when normal deliveries will resume - so please continue to place your order

Our Australian US website is operated from the UK, with fair postage charges and no agents or 'middlemen'. All goods are shipped directly from our own warehouse, where we are able to maintain quality control - so that parcels reach you in Australia in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

Goods will be despatched on receipt of full payment.

You can choose a different delivery address at checkout - useful if you are out all day, we can deliver to your office

Unfortunately we cannont ship to P.O.Boxes - please give a full postal address including State/Territory

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery to Australia from the UK.

Please note if you order multiple items of different types which include large items we may have to review shipping charges as they are shipped on volumetric weight and our system may not calculate the full shipping charges - we will contact you if this is the case and we will weigh for shipping and give you a quotation of any aditional costs that may be due, we would then send a Paypal request for you to make a secure payment online. Your order will be held until this payment has been received for the additional shipping.

Replacement Covers and Slings

* Please note replacement director chair covers require you to send your old covers to us in the UK so that we can use them as a template for your new covers, which we will than make and send to you in Australia.

We need to receive them here in the UK by Monday December 3rd to ensure there is time make them to guarantee getting them to you for Christmas. We will still continue to accept orders to make them after this date and get them to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately due to import restrictions we cannot ship Deckchairs and Directors Chairs to Australia from the UK which is why they are not available to buy on this website.
