• by Courier for larger orders (over 2kg ) is 10am Tuesday 7th December 2023

**Our Deckchair frames are shipped from within Australia - Last order date for deckchairs to arrive for Christmas is 10am Monday 18th December and we will send your slings separately by Express Courier

If you are ordering deckchair headrest cushions for the deckchairs, the last order date is Monday 11th December

If your order is not 100% Christmas dependant please continue to place your order as we will continue to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible up until Thursday 21st Dec. The earliest dispatch of parcels will then be 1st week in January 2024

Our Australian US website is operated from the UK, with fair postage charges. All goods are shipped directly from our own UK warehouse (apart from Teak Deckchairs** see below), where we are able to maintain quality control - so that parcels reach you in Australia in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

Goods will be despatched on receipt of full payment.

You can choose a different delivery address at checkout - useful if you are out all day, we can deliver to your office

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O.Boxes - please give a full postal address including State/Territory

Please allow 4-9 working days for delivery to Australia from the UK. However we use express delivery and most will arrive in 3-5 days

Please note: If you order multiple items of different types which include large items we may have to review shipping charges as they are shipped on volumetric weight and our system may not calculate the full shipping charges - we will contact you if this is the case and we will weigh for shipping and give you a quotation of any additional costs that may be due, we would then send a Paypal request for you to make a secure payment online. Your order will be held until this payment has been received for the additional shipping.
Import Duty - Such orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches Australia. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing you order with us.

Replacement Covers and Slings

* Please note replacement director chair covers require you to send your old covers to us in the UK so that we can use them as a template for your new covers, which we will than make and send to you in Australia.

We need to receive them here in the UK by Tuesday December 5th to ensure there is time make them to guarantee getting them to you for Christmas. We will still continue to accept orders to make them after this date and get them to you as soon as possible.

**Teak Deckchairs

We are now selling our Premium Teak Deckchairs in Australia. The deckchair frames will be sent from within Australia and the covers seperately from the UK.
When ordering deckchairs, the shipping price is all-inclusive and there are no hidden charges or costs - unless you are requesting delivery to the following postcodes, in which case we will be happy to send to you, but there will be an additional supplement.
